As Health and Safety evolves we see increased pressure on critical issues such as risk assessment and individual competency. Although one could rely on experience as a basis for declaring competency would it not be better to be able to provide some form of tangible proof that the individual was presented with training material and that they passed a test?
This would assist in 2 ways, firstly by ensuring a form of competency declaration and secondly identifying the extent of the individuals competency.
We have put together a couple of critical training tools which can be used to ascertain levels of competency, and will be expanding this online service continually as we complete modules.
